About Chris

Chris Jameson entered the lending industry in 2011 and has originated over 1,300 loans with over $150M in lifetime volume. Chris also started investing in real estate in 2009. He has acquired over 100 single family properties with over $15M in value and participated in several Multifamily syndications with a total asset value of over $55M.

Prior to venture into the mortgage industry, Chris held a Top Secret security clearance as an Intelligence Specialist for the US Navy. In the Navy, he received numerous awards, medals, and certificates to include Military Excellence Award (the top recruit of over 700), two Early Promote Ratings (the highest possible evaluation rating), Joint Commendation Medal for his meritorious service in Iraq in support of Joint Special Operations Command, Certificate of Appreciation from the Army Rangers, and acknowledgment for excellence from the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Chris also deployed to Afghanistan as a private contractor in support of Combined Joint Task Force Paladin, assisting with counter-IED and Explosive Ordnance Disposal efforts.

Mr. Jameson graduated from Central Washington University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration. At Central, he played collegiate football as part of a national title contending program and was an All-State High School football player. Chris moved to San Antonio, Texas in 2010 when his wife, AnneMarie, joined the US Air Force. They moved to Dallas in 2014 for Chris's job promotion, and then to Colorado Springs in 2018 to raise a family in a mountain environment, similar to where they both grew up. Chris and AnneMarie have traveled the world, visiting 15 different countries and 35 different US States. They now have three kids, Dakota, Dresden, and Kennedy.
