Anthony Zagarella, Senior Mortgage Originator for Success Mortgage Partners, Inc., has served real estate agents, attorneys and other affiliates for 36 years. Many in the industry know him as "Tony Z". He has applied his extensive formal education as a mortgage banker, insurance producer (title and life), real estate agent, member and proctor for the Building Performance Institute and various FHA, VA and USDA workshops to make transactions happen. He has answers for you when you need them.  Anthony works extremely well with the first-time home buyers and the seasoned repeat home buyers.

His decisions to work for a company has always been with the needs of his clients first. He works with a talented support staff of processors and underwriters that work well together to structure loans and get them to the table as quickly as possible.

When not at work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife of 37 years, his three children and two grandsons, enjoys the islands of South America and is passionate about classic film, movie memorabilia and auctions.

Anthony sought formal training with the Florida Auctioneer Academy and donates his time and talent to non-profit organizations like Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Alzheimer's Association, CTS Foundation and The Cerebral Palsy School.

He also sits on the Board of Directors of Lenny’s Friends with Wings Foundation, dedicated to helping children with Pediatric brain cancer by providing financial support to their families in association with St. Christopher’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
